Where is the repayment fund from the funding that I have funded?

The repayment of funding along with the Return on the proceeds of funding for a project will be forwarded to the Funder's RDF.

I have not yet received payment from the project I funded.

Information regarding financing repayment is 1 day after the due date on a working day. If it is due on a Sunday or national holiday, information regarding the repayment of the financing will be forwarded on the next working day.

How to calculate Returns?

The returns that the Funder will receive are calculated based on the amount of funding, the percentage of returns, and the tenor of the project. The unit percentage of return stated on the term sheet is p.a. (per annum or per year).

Calculation simulation:
Return percentage / Ujrah = 15% p.a.
Tenor = 60 Days
Funding = IDR 10,000,000

Total returns before PPH: 15% x 60/360 (number of days in a year) x Rp 10,000,000,- = Rp 250,000,- PPh23 = 15%
Return Tax = Rp. 37,500,-

So, the nominal of the return that will be obtained after tax is: Rp. 250,000 - Rp. 37,500 = Rp. 212,500,-

Funders can also see a simulation of estimated returns when funding on the Funding menu. Estimated returns may change if the funding disbursement date is delayed or the financing repayment is accelerated by the Beneficiary.
